  I came in for dinner with a Friend about 5 days ago. I was in the middle of one of those "Oh my G-d, the world is going to cease to exist" moments.
  Near tears, the Host, Josie, greeted us with the most GENUINE, AND COMPASSIONATE SMILE. She was showing us that we'd come to the best place in this shitty world to eat, leave your troubles behind you, enjoy your meal because I'm so happy you're here, kind of attitude.
  And you know what? I did just that. Almost before my mouth watering fish and chips arrived, the storm had passed, the earth stopping issues wasn't as horrible as I first believed, and I WAS in the best place in the world to eat, with the greatest friend in the world to enjoy it with.
  Josie's bubbly approach to her job is a superior example of what a host should be when a guest enters the door. Leave everything negative outside, laugh, enjoy, and forget life for awhile.
  Josie trys her very best to see that everyone is able to experience this.
  Having been a host in a very busy establishment, I took the same attitude and the rewards are so worth the genuine effort put forth.
  I made good friends with a few of the guests, and I'm blessed to have these funny, light hearted people in my life.
  I WILL be back amd it's not really for the food or atmosphere, I'll come back to enjoy the warmth and genuine compassion Josie brings with walking through the door.
  Managers, please take note, you have a diamond at your door. Appreciate her. She's going to make your store successful. Your guests appreciate her. I know I do. She changed MY life. I'll never forget that.
  YOU GO JOSIE, YOU'RE WAY ABOVE THE EXPECTATIONS IN MY OPINION.

  First time visiting this location, food was the usual and accurate on my custom order. Very generous with the bottomless fries.

  Very impressed with how the waiter/server manages many tables at once however, it seemed be understaffed. It took a long time to close our check, pay, and leave after we finished eating. Was there longer than we anticipated.
  
  Gift card does not work on the kiosk machine even though there was an option to enter gift card information at check out.

  We went there for late lunch during the week. Kids had fish and chips, other son had pig out double patty burglar, we upgraded the sides with garlic fries and fried zucchini on mine, I had the mushroom Swiss burger.
  
  The fish and chips taste okay, good size and taste good, the garlic fries does not have enough garlic taste, greasy and did not taste as good as we thought.
  
  The pig out burger was okay, regular fries taste okay nothing to be excited about, my mushroom burger came out little too red ( not cooked) I was worried that I might get food poisoning from it, I decided to send it back. When it came out, I am guessing the cooked got scared and gave me a beef jerky burger with dessert dry mushrooms. It tastes nasty and a half.
  
  I did let the wait staff know the disappointment, she apologizes and talk to her manager to adjust the tag. Kudos for doing that but at the end of day something need to change, I would suggest instead of stir frying garlic fries in butter, instead fried some mince garlic, add salt and toss the fried garlic with fries as garlic fries instead. It would be a lot less greasy and flavor will be much better

  I had a great experience at Red Robin. Our waitress was really nice, and I received my Mai Tai literally 30 seconds after I ordered it. Their menu now has bottom ZUCCHINI FRIES as a side, and although there was an upcharge ($1.49) I had to try them. They're bottomless, after all, so I also got an extra basket when they brought out my food and my sister got to try them too, while I also got to eat her steak fries (and put their red robin seasoning on them!!). The zucchini fries were super good and fresh each time they came out. I liked them because they were thin, they really look like fries! I got the shrimp and cod duo, and all of it was really tasty! I'm looking forward to going back and getting more zucchini fries with my next entree :)

  I must have been hangry. RR saves the day. We actually just walked out of another restaurant. But enough of that.
  Mychele our server greeted us as soon as we sat in the bar area. They were out of the beer I like and she offered a taste of something I have never tried. It was a winner! 32oz please.
  We ordered the artichoke dip. We ran out of chips before dip. Mychele put in to the kitchen for more chips. Because they were taking a while she brought fries. Nice!
  My wife got the crispy chicken sandwich. It was moist and the bun was soft. She enjoyed it. I got the Porkiyaki. It's a teriyaki pork party sandwich.  Very good!
  Nice save for the night!
